If you have a complaint, please raise it with the garage as soon as possible and allow a two-week response period. It is only fair they have a chance to deal with it initially.
If this does not bring a satisfactory outcome and you would like further assistance to resolve your complaint we recommend using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which is offered by CEDR.
