My family and I have been using Carcraft for many years. I knew Simon and his team were good but I had not realised how good until I moved to Scotland and had to find an alternative provider. Nobody was as good so I now drive 450 miles to Stoke on Trent and take my car to Simon whenever I can.

My "go to " garage. Never had cause for complaint. They always keep me fully informed as to what work needs to be done and approximate cost. Front desk for bookings, help and advice is Ade, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He "listens" to my concerns. An absolute top bloke.

Incredible service. The mechanic that saw my wife when she pulled in heard a issue and spoke to her about it to see if she would like it to be looked into and then the great customer service from Lucy getting me a price and keeping me updated as and when she could. We will be coming back to cahill

Took my car today for a DPF clean. I have used this garage for years the services and prices are great, as a woman you always feel like you are going to be ripped off as you most likely don’t have a clue about the issues. Jamie will never rip anyone off.
