We are not responsible for any loss, costs or damages incurred by you arising out of or in relation to work undertaken for you (or not carried out for you) by, or agreements that you make with, a garage, business or individual member of the good garage scheme and we do not offer any insurance in this respect.
Our site changes regularly
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Our liability
The material displayed on our site and the information accessible via our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness or how current it is. Customer Satisfaction Survey/Feedback
The feedback you submit online, via our Good Garage Scheme application may be used to monitor garage members and to improve the performance of the Good Garage Scheme. Following receipt of this feedback, we may advise the garage of the feedback received. Your use of the feedback system indicates your permission to pass on your feedback and details to the garage unless otherwise requested by you. We would like to have the discretion to display the feedback you submit on to the Good Garage Scheme website in order to provide information in relation to rating our garages. However we are under no obligation to include your feedback on the website. Details which would identify you would not be displayed on the website. Your use of the feedback system indicates your permission to display your feedback and details to the garage unless otherwise requested by you. Customer online feedback and personal information is protected in line with GDPR regulations.

Information about you and your visits to our site

Competition – Win Your Service Cost Back
The competition is run by ITW Automotive Aftermarket, PO Box 7012 Coventry CV3 9TU (‘Good Garage Scheme’).
Through their participation in the promotion, the participants show that they know, understand and accept these terms and conditions and submit to the Good Garage Scheme's criteria for the resolution of any issue that might arise on the interpretation of the same.
Good Garage Scheme reserves the right at all times to terminate, pause or modify the promotion, unilaterally and without prior notice and/or to change the terms and conditions and/or the promotional products if circumstances so require, without in any way to be liable to pay compensation to the participants.
1. Eligible Participants
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. This excludes employees of ITW Limited, Good Garage Scheme members and their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. Conditions of Entry
The competition is open to any customer paying for a service, repair or MOT from a Good Garage Scheme member garage. To gain entry to the competition and qualify for the free prize draw, all entrants must:
(i) Obtain a Service, with the Industry Standard Service for their vehicle at a Good Garage Scheme member garage.
(ii) The customer visits https://www.goodgaragescheme.com/leave-feedback and creates online feedback with a comment, completing all mandatory fields requested. The customer will receive an email acknowledging and confirming the online feedback via the website. Only one entry per vehicle and date of work carried out.
Users who, by any method, try to circumvent the process established to participate in the promotion will be disqualified so that in case of obtaining a prize the same will be cancelled.
Good Garage Scheme feedback card (postal card) entries will not be entered in the competition and no longer valid.
3. Prize
Customers entering the competition in accordance with the above conditions will be entered into a random draw to win one of four prizes of up to £250. Each prize draw will take place approximately every 3 months. The winner will be notified by the email address and/or telephone contact number supplied with the entry.
Draws will take place on: 1st April 2024, 1st July 2024, 1st October 2024 & 16th December 2024
The customer must retain a receipt of work from the Good Garage Scheme member, proof of work carried out in the form of invoice and payment would need to be provided in order to claim their prize.
Each winner will be notified by the email address and/or telephone contact number supplied with the entry. If the prize is not claimed within 28 days after this call or email, or the customer contacted as the winner fails to provide the proof required above, the prize will be withdrawn.
Winners will be required to supply full name, UK address and date of birth to claim a prize.
The prize of up to £250 will be awarded to the winner following receipt of the proof of work carried out, full name, UK address and date of birth.
The winner acknowledges that the Good Garage Scheme will have no responsibility for incorrect details supplied by the winner and is not obliged to offer an alternative prize.
4. Other Conditions
In order to receive the prize, the winner may be required to visit the participating Good Garage Scheme member and take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw. If the winner does not supply the Good Garage Scheme with their details within 28 days of being notified of their win, the prize will be cancelled and the selection of a new winner will take place.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering this contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest.
5. Length of Competition
The competition closes at 23:59 on 15th December 2024 and the last prize of up to £250 will be drawn on 16th December 2024.
6. Privacy Policy
By entering the prize draw, customers consent to Good Garage Scheme retaining their personal data. Any such data will be processed in accordance with Good Garage Scheme’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available at http://www.goodgaragescheme. com/uk/privacy-policy.html and may be used for publicity purposes, as set out above.
The Good Garage Scheme will use the personal data to manage this promotion correctly, contact the winner and give him/her the prize. Any personal data will only be used for the purpose of this promotion. Once the promotion is complete, the personal data will be eliminated within a maximum period of six (6) months, unless there is an incident, in which case the personal data of the participants affected by the incident will be retained until the complete and correct solution of it. Participants must ensure that the data provided is true.
These data shall be treated in accordance with the General Regulations on Data Protection (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable regulations in the field of data protection.
The owners of the data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability of their data by sending the corresponding request in writing, attaching a copy of your proof of entry, sending an e-mail to contact@goodgaragescheme.com.
The Good Garage Scheme reserves the right to withdraw this campaign at any time and for any reason.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
